EVE Search - evol cheating?

My attitude toward them has softened considerably though (age and experience bring wisdom) and I see them now as people just having a good time attacking pirates. That being said in all my time in Venal I never once heard anyone up there accuse them of exploiting. The CTD and shield booster CTD thing was well known then as were evolving grid exploits yet I never once heard a VA member (back before the civil war) accuse them of exploiting. I've seen nothing to indicate they are and no evidence has been presented short of a chat log with TomB which is vauge at best. I have to believe in the absense of evidence to the contrary they do not exploit in the game. Calladen Nimitz
